How to Care for Red Delicious & Macintosh Apples?
does anyone know what the best way to care for them is? I have a Red Delicious and a Macintosh, I want to know about trimming when and where to do it, and how long it usually takes for them to grow

You're late now; hard pruning should have been done a month or two ago.
You should be selecting branches and knocking off water shoots at this point; if the trees are still new (year or two old) the first step you missed is not a big deal and you should just start selecting now.
I attach the following page not simply to inform, but to let you see how big a question you just asked; more than I care to type right now so here it is...
