blueberry bushes have lots of berries but not ripening

So I was getting excited to have lots of berries to eat but they don't seen to be ripening. I have found a few that are the right color bt the are all shrivled or smaller than normal. I could be wrong but I thought I was harvesting by this time last year. The bushes have put out many new stems so I know the plants must be doing well. I just don't understand why the berries aren't ripening for harvesting. Any thoughts or am I just being impatient?

Are they getting full sun all day? Most berries and fruits need about 12 hours of full sun for the fruit to get ripe.

Your blueberries may have been infected by the Mummy Berry disease fungus

Yikes! Thankfully I havent seen any mummy berry yet (I see how it gets its name). It is probably the sun issue. I have my gardenin the corner of the yard and have tried to keep the trees cut back that are starting to grow over the fence but I know my bushes arent getting 12 hours. Will they still ripen? I didnt have this problem last year.
