Can I grow rasberries in a container?

I am really interested in growing rasberries, however I just don't have room for them in my garden or anywhere in my backyard for that matter. If you have any tips or suggestions, and possibly any experience growing rasberries in a container, please share.

I would avoid growing raspberries as an indoor plant. They like colder climates so I'm not sure how well they would do inside. Plus, they won't make berries unless the flowers get pollinated.

I don't see any reason why they wouldn't grow in a container. Just be sure that all the little tendril things touch the soil inside the pot rather than hanging over the edge. They re-root every year and this is important because you'll want to prune away all of the raspberry vines that have already bore fruit. So if they don't re-root to make new vines, you'll start to run out of raspberry plant.
