flowers with fruit???

I planted calla lilies and used strawberries as ground cover around them. Now I just read that calla lilies are poisonous. Should I moved the strawberries? Can the fruit share the same space and still be ok to eat?

the proximity is not a problem, the callas won't be sharing.
