Could I pick Lemons early?

Hi,

I got a few Lemons on my tree that are mostly ripe. I want to remove the fruit so I can get this tree pruned and fertilized for the start of the season. I'd say the fruit it is holding is mostly yellow with a blush of green. If I picked these, would they fully ripen later on the counter? Thanks

no unfortunelty they don't ripen after being harvested.

If they are mostly ripe and you are going to juice them anyway. It is fine. If they are too green they don't have much juice.
