Starting new plant off of cuttings from another

Hello. First time poster here! After much lurcking I have my own question now :)

Yesterday I went outside my office and clipped the top 4-8 inches off of a couple different raspberry bushes. I used a clean sissor, cut at an angle, and have put then into small pots using only vermiculite.

Now what?!?! Should I keep them out of the sun for a while so that they can grow roots? They are all stalks with many buches of leaves on each of them, as they have begun to grow this season. Any advise on how to proceed, how long before moving them to soil, exposure, whether or not to coverthem in a plastic bag, etc...etc.. would be greatly apprecited.

Thanks

keep them out of direct sunlight but you do need some light.
Also I might have recommended roottone or some other root hormone.
keep moist everyday. do not let it dry out.
I would also remove the bottom sets of leaves leaving only a few near the top.
Other than that its keep it moist watered and wait. If it is a really hard wood, last years growth it usually takes longer to root than a softer cutting like the newer soft this years wood.
