That's a lot of watermelons. Going to sell them at the farmers market?

That was only about half of it. We sold it beside the road & didn't do too bad. Covered the expenses for purchasing the irrigation drippers & pipes.

Good job! I hope mine do that well this is my first year growing. I have 11 of them in a raised bed.

I prefer the medium sized Crimson sweet watermelons rather than the big ones. Gonna palnt some sugar baby's this year for the home.

The best feeling in the world is when you pierce the watermelon to cut it & it bursts open by itself with a detached crown! Those ones are the sweetest.

My dad always grew sugar baby's because the kids wouldn't steal them.
They are so small it never looks like they are ripe. I like when you give them a tap and they split in half.
