Lack of nutrients? Disease? Sunburn?

Thanks

That looks like a disease. Looks like fungus like Red Stele.
I would suggest that you remove the infected leaves & get a fungicide or something to treat this from the nursery. It looks like it is in the early stage, so treat it before it spreads.

Is there an organic way to treat this? Any homemade recipe or anything?

Clip some of the leaves off, put them into a sealable plastic bag, and take them to an independent nursery as soon as you can. Ask them for advice. Nothing like on-the-spot professionals; they may have ideas beyond what we know. There could be a fungus/disease "going around" your local area that we don't know about.

OTOH, this could be a sadly normal enemy of strawberries. I've never grown them, so I can't say. But I'd be at the gate of the nearest nursery tomorrow morning, myself....

Just a thought ,those leaves look like last years growth ,with my strawberries I tend to clip the old leaves winter or early spring and get nice fresh new growth as soon as the weather warms a bit ,

Maybe I will clip all the leaves off and see what happens.
