Pruning Goji berry tree?

Hi,

So I did a winter pruning for my Goji berry tree about a week ago. I heard it needs a pruning in the winter. I didn't know how to do it so that is why I waited so long. But anyway, here is a pic of the tree after the pruning. Did I do a good job or should I cut more?

on a tree that young I don't think I'd prune anything yet, unless you've got obvious crossing branches and such. not more now, anyway.

Ok good. Yeah I only cut some of the root stems, stems coming from the roots that were not part of the main trunk. And then I clipped the tips of the branches you see.

When a tree is dormant like this, should you do any watering? A few times I did a light sprinkle. This whole winter I maybe done this 3-4 times.

Don't sprinkle! That just encourages surface roots, which is not good. Water thoroughly but rarely. Once a month is probably ok.

With goji, you can prune while young, since it encourages a more bushy form. If let to go on its own it will grow more like a vine.
