Hi,
I bought one of these fruits at the store the other day. I want to collect the seeds and maybe try growing it. From what I hear they don't get too big. And they grow kinda like a tomato. Anyone grow these? Anyone have any care tips? Could I grow this in a pot? Is it self pollinating or not? Thanks

Proably not a good pot plant they are kind of tempermental in my experience. Yes, you would start them like a tomato/tomatillo etc. They are very closely related to the tomatillo and have a tendency to spread out like a cuke or squash, but seem to resent tellising in my experience. You have the right climate to try it, better than where I am and maybe that will make it a little less fussy, I am not sure.
