Plum Leaf Leach - Pest ID Help

I found some little slimy critters eating up my plum leaves, any idea what these are?

Have you seen this guy out in the San Juans?
This plum was bought potted from a nursery. Since it pupates in the soil, I'm wondering if it came with the plum. Haven't seen it on any of my other fruit trees...yet.

Yes, but I believe only one time. You would think a soap spray would take care of these guys.
