What are the rules about nipping berry plants/shrubs?
Specifically, I have some goji berry plants that are coming to be about 50 cms at the moment. The stalks are quite thin with many leaves growing directly from them and are now starting to lean over.
I was wondering if I should now nip them and force them to branch out. Should I do this now, or wait until they are taller? How do commercial growers of goji berries have their plants?
