sweet strawberries

How do I get sweet strawberries. Mine are bitter and sour

What variety are they? Are they fully ripe?

not sure what type. they have pink flowers. when are they fully ripe. They had the color but when I bit into them the texture wasn't there

What you have is more of a ornamental strawberry. We plant a lot of Pink Panda or Lipstick for our landscape clients. They do produce a few berries, but most are grainy and not sweet.
