Peach tree help

I planted these trees in April of 2008. They have grown really nice, way better than my apple trees. Anyway I have pinched the fruit up until this year hopeing to help the tree grow and get good an established. I have pruned every Jan./Feb. and everything has been going well till this year. I haven't sprayed they trees every and just figured I would when I had to for bugs. A couple of weeks ago my wife said "one of your peach trees is sick and the other one is getting it too". I went outside to what you see in the pictures. I think it is peach tree curl but I'm not sure. Looks like you have to start spraying for it in November and spray every 3 weeks till the bud swells. My question is will my tree live or is it dead, and the one with leaves still on it but yellow what should I do?

I checked somem of the limbs off the main trunk today and they seemed dead. I guess I will leave it till next spring and see if it comes out. If not I will cut it down dig up the roots and buy another one and start over. I really have no idea what killed it. I thought it was peach leaf curl because thats what the other one looked like that still had leaves, this one was already bare when my wife told me about it. I had been working so much I hadn't seen daylight in a few weeks. Oh well maybe the next one will be better.

Wow, that's so disappointing! :(
I'm sorry to say I don't know enough about peach trees to give you any kind of advice with the ones you have.... I'm working on my first one -- a Carolina Belle white peach.

Only suggestion I can think of is that if you end up needing to get another one, to look for disease resistant varieties, especially against whatever may have killed this one.
