It's easy to get the seeds to grow, but growing them to fruiting size, and whether the resulting fruits will have the same quality as the fruit the seeds came from is another matter.
And all citrus grow best from fresh seed. I have had them sprout from seed I left on the kitchen window sill for a few days, but the drier they are the less likely they are to sprout.
