I underestimated the raspberries....

:shock: this is their third year. I guess they decided they've finished "establishing their roots". I see little shoots growing 3 FEET outside their "designated" bed. :roll:

One thing to help in their removal Star... we have found over the years that they stay ' removed ' far better if they are hand pulled rather than dug up if possable.
The little blighters will travel all over the place given half a chance.

Yup! I keep having raspberries pop up in my herb garden. I dug some out of there last year and they are back now. I think the birds keep "planting" them.

never done 'establishing their roots' is my guess. always more space to get established in.

Great idea! I have raspberries too and they are spreading all over. I want more so I have been digging them up and just moving them to make new rows in the bed. This year I will have a lot more runners so I think I will pot them up and sell some.
