I.D. This pepper please.

I went to my grandma's house in Arlington MA this weekend and she had this pepper growing outside her house. Her son (not my dad, she's not really my grandma) had planted it so she had no idea what the name of it was. I only had my cell phone on me so this is the best picture I could take with it.

looks like a banana pepper of some kind. Anybody know exactly what it is?

Franco, you are a real green thumb! Do you grow all this stuff in your roof top garden?

Haha actually I do have a lot of stuff up there but this was at my grandma's house. I wish it was ripe so I could have taken the seeds home.
