How do I know... when to pick a peck of peppers?

When to pick cayenne, jalapeno, and bell peppers?

Hiya, Franco.

I have one cayenne that is turning red at the tip and I am ridiculously excited about it!!!

jalapenos go entirely by taste: once they stop growing in size it just depends weather u like em when they're green or when they ripen to red.
Cayennes I think are best when they ripen all the war to red, especially since at theat point u can dry them out in case u get too many to use fresh. With bell peppers I'm not too sure but I think it would be best to pick them when they are fully ripe.
