Raspberry, Blueberry and Grape problem! need help

Hello, I am very new to gardening...we recently planted 2 blueberry bushes, 1 raspberry bush, and 1 grape vine.
Now some of the leaves are starting to turn yellow and brown and the shafts are starting to turn into what looks like sticks. The odd thing is from those sticks other healthy looking vines bearing fruit are growing. This same thing is happening on my blueberry and rose bushes and on my grape vine. Doing some research online I think that it is Phytophthora root rot...how do I treat it? Are my plants salvageable? They have only been in ground for a month or so and are therefore pretty young.

I also have a couple eggplants in the general vicinity, which do not seem to be effected yet, should I be concered?

Could they be the problem,? Online I read about vertiselum rot...but they have been in the ground the exact same amount of time (3-4wks) and are about 10 ft+ away from the fruit. Plus I don't think the symptons match up with that as much as they do Phytophthora root rot, just thought I should mention it.

Please help! Thanks!

I'm not expert on any of these plants; maybe someone will come by with more expertise. But off hand you may be worrying too much. You know the stems of all of these plants are supposed to be woody?

The first picture looks to me like it might have a bit of powdery mildew on the stem. Type that into Search the Forum to find treatments. Does the raspberry 1 in picture 2 have lots of yellow leaves like that or just a few at the bottom? If the latter, it may be nothing to worry about. As the plant puts out new leaves farther up, some of the old ones tend to die off.

The rest of the pictures, I personally can't see a thing wrong with...
