little black bugs eating berrys
about the size of a gnat
what to do
any help appreciated
I suspect Shotgun that the little bugs may not have done the first damage to your straws.
So often critters like wasps and bugs get the blame when it was a slug that took the first bite and then the others came in for the feast that had been opened for them.
It takes quite a hefty mouth part to break through a fruits skin and I would check for the little slitherers first.
