help! red raspberry wilting

I recently bought and planted some red raspberries. every morning when we wake up they are standing straight up robust at attention by 11 am they are wilted and falling over. we have watered them sooooo much I'm worried about root rot.

once I water them they are okay but I have to nearly drown them in order for them to perk back up

as they get more established, I'd assume this would go away.

right now they are standing upright and fine . and its 1000 pm here. by 11 am they will be wilted again . I'm assuming that its the sun wilting them then I water them and they return to normal. thanks
