Trees don't look healthy

I have 4 trees that are all 3 years old. They are a Bartlet pear, a multi-pear, a multi cherry and a Bing cherry. I live in Eastern Washington state. They have been doing well until recently. All of them have limbs that are dying and all of them have new sprout limbs near the ground. They did not bloom this year. I don't know much about trees but something is effecting all of them. Any ideas anyone?

I would go back to where you purchased the trees and talk to their master gardener. Sounds like a disease. If it is Lowes or Home Depot, I understand they will refund your money.
