Newly planted Victoria Plum -yellow leaves

Hi helpful gardeners

Planted my 8 foot plum tree two weeks ago. Looks very healthy but noticed some small yellow leaves. Any idea what might be causing this and how can I remedy it?

England's weather is about 60 to 70 degrees F at the moment.

Hope somebody can help me save this tree.
