Save my Avocado tree!

So, I planted this tree in plenty of sun. I've had it planted for about a month. I just recently found out that I wasn't supposed to bury the grafting point (oops). So I dug out the dirt around there. Does it look like she'll make it?

You should always plant fruit trees at the same level as the ground or slightly higher to improve drainage. You should dig up the plant and replant it properly if you haven't already done so. The tree will be fine. :D
