Help with raspberrys

I have noticed that my new raspberry plants have started to get eaten, the leaves that is. I found these caterpillars on them. Does anyone know what kind they are? And how best to kill them? They are smaller then a quarter, maybe about a third of an inch or so. Thanks!!

I'm not at all certain, but I'll make a guess. Then you'll have a place to start your research, anyway.

My guess would be raspberry fruitworm larvae, although I had a hard time deciding between those and raspberry sawfly larvae. I'm not talented at ID-ing insect larvae. [img]https://bestsmileys.com/clueless/4.gif[/img]
