Is this a Fruit Producing Tree?

I have this medium size tree and don't know whether it is fruit producing and how I should be looking after it.

The one little photo isn't very revealing.. Can you post a few more, maybe one showing the size and shape of the tree and one showing close up of the leaves? thanks
