This tree was already at the house when I moved in, I don't have any idea what it is yet, but I know it's not doing so well. Hopefully someone knows whats going on with this tree and it's fruit...

That looks like "Peach Leaf Curl" The flowers look a lot like the nectarine's on my tree, but nectarines are basically "naked" peaches so this could be a peach tree. It's a fungal disease, and I suspect you should cut off and dispose (burn or securely wrap in closed plastic bag and put in trash) branches that has any affected fruit or leaf, but I'd have to look it up myself. I believe the organic prevention is to use dormant oil during the winter. Maybe spraying the rest of the tree with compost tea would help....
Hey, I just found this article for spraying diluted milk and water mixture to control "Brown Rot" on stone fruits. I have this problem with my plums and will be trying it out this year. I wonder if it will help for Peach Leaf Curl too?
