I was just wondering if anyone had experience with hand pollination in general? Experience with the Atemoya tree would be an unexpected bonus..

I've read that I should hand pollinate in order to set a good crop on my 'Lisa' Atemoya tree. I can't find good info to my specific cultivar, but most Atemoyas do better with hand pollination. So, any of you have any tips?

Yes, I found that and lots of other info. I even have one that recommends taking a camel hair brush and scraping the pollen into a container with talcom powder...then applying when flower is in female stage..?

Do you have any experience hand pollinating another type of plant?

Here's another excellent fruit tree that isn't such a shy bearer: The Jaboticaba.

I do my hollies just to be sure (with the lack of polinators lately if you don't it can be spotty), but certainly nothing this complex. A good artists paintbrush does seem to be the hammer in the tool box...
