Blueberry bush .. Or is it ??

I've got a large bush 7ft approx. that's started to flower pink hanging flowers which eventually cover it all over. Berries have appeared every year in summer that start White turning blue. Look like blueberries but my mum says not. Can't find a similar poisonous berry so are they definitely blueberries? I'm desperate to know as don't want to risk eating one obviously just in case !

The berries on my blueberry bushes always started out green. It's really difficult ... for me, anyway ... to ID a plant, without seeing a picture. Can you post one or two?

Same goes on our old bueberry bush, green berries matured to blue. Never saw any white berries.
