growing starfruit

I have a small starfruit plant that I have started by seed..it was doing well until recently it started to loose leaves. I have not moved it and it still gets morning sun, although with winter here, the amount of sun is limited...is there anything I should be doing for it? What about feeding?

I have like a five foot tree, and mine does that, as it lost leaves and branches it grew new ones. I find keeping it well watered helps it grow better

I just keep the soil wet. I have lost leaves, and it goes into a growth spurt right after...
