Beetle (I think) ID please

Does anyone know what bug this is?

I've been searching online for a while and only come up with similar beetles with many stripes, not an exact ID.

No. No idea what it was.

I have several sites saved to 'favourites' with bugs on as I like to know friend or foe in my own garden. I just clicked on a few and there it was!
I didn't think it was a friend though as I know most of them by sight now.
