To add to the list Swallowtail caterpillars also like Dicamnus and the slightly obscure little understory tree Ptelea trifoliata (Wafer Ash, Hop Tree, Water Ash). For people in the Upper Central plains Phellodendron amurense, the Amur Corktree might also be worth a shot. Zanthoxylum, Prickly Ash, is another native Rutacea but it is not exactly a universally loved (by humans) species.

I was pretty proud of myself 8) as we do not have them here so not something I would recognise. I just had some vague memory of someone posting that Swallowtails liked dill so I thought I would check what the caterpillars looked like.
