What kind of tracks are these?

I was looking at my garden today and saw some deer tracks (I don't have anything planted right now, just have dirt) I also saw these tracks. I can't figure out what they're from. Looks like some kind of animal dragging something or with a long tail? Any ideas??

That's what my sister said too lol. I've never seen they're tracks but our dogs have had a couple cornered before. That's prob what's digging a hole in my flower bed too.
