CATS CATS CATS!
My neighbors cats are eating all my tomatoes as soon as they turn ripe. I have a 6ft fence along 3 sides of my garden but since it's up against my neighbors 4 foot fence the cats can get in. What can I do to keep them OUT!! They are always on my property!

Hey Franco,
I don't like the pepper idea. Cats lick their paws and can get the pepper in their mouth and eyes. That is cruel, especially when it's the fault of the owners for not keeping them indoors. Here's more ideas.
