How to Keep Armadillos Out of Garden?

Hi...I'm new here...but really looking for an answer..I have what appears to be,an armadillo rooting around in my yard.It is digging up rocks, which I hit with my riding mower...and is making little holes just everywhere...what can I do?

That is a great thing to know..I've been told I just had to put up with it...As far as you know..the milky spore treatment won't hurt deer does it? We put out deer corn every day and can have up to fifteen deer in our yard at one time...It's great...I'd hate to hurt them

Alternately, you can do what we do down here. Trap 'em and make stew.
