2020 Backyard Birds, etc. Wildlife Watching

...I didn’t see a new thread for this year? I‘m kind of shocked that this is my first contribution :shock:

Yesterday, I spotted this nest right next to the gatepost. :roll: It’s empty now, but looks freshly made. I saw a bird fly off as I approached, but not sure if it was from the nest or from the cherries. I can’t NOT use this gate, so it will be a bit tricky going forward as I re-claim my garden from the wildlife that have been thinking they had it all to themselves.... :|
