We just planted some good size (about 6 or 7 ft) white pines last fall. I just noticed the other day that some of the new growth is actually turning brow and curling up. To better discribe it at the tip of the branches there will be a dry area about 2 inches long then at the tip it is still green and they have a curl to them, but if you go to touch them they snap right off. Is this something I need to be worried about or is that just part of addapting to the new location? It's happening on all 3 of them that we planted.
If I can figure out how to post a pic I'll get one posted.
