Weeping Pussy Willow Tree - Spring But No Leaves

l have a weeping pussy willow tree that looks like it is dying, the pussy willows did come out this spring but now theres no leaves coming out. the pussy willows came out early this year since we had warm weather but than it frosted a couple nights so could that have done something to it. the tree is not dead but its just not growing any leaves. l would appreciate any help thank you.

It could have been hit by frost. You might want to prune it back some to see if that induces new growth.
