Please identify this green and purple plant

Hi
I have this potted plant I bought a couple of months ago. Its doing quite well till now, sitting in full sun in my balcony.

I have no clue what it is and what to take better care for hot summer sun here in Houston, Tx.

Here is the link to its pictures,

It has serrated leaf-margins. leaves are dark green on top and deep purple on undersides.
I am not sure if this plant flowers at all.

Would appreciate any help at all with its identification.
Thanks.

It is Plectranthus ciliatus I think.
