help my jasmines grow

I planted jasmine hedges last year to cover a wall.
Sorry I’m not sure what variety they are as I’m a pretty ignorant gardener:( I think it is Murraya paniculata. I know they grow around 3m tall.

I would like to help them grow faster if that’s at all possible. Some of them are doing a lot better than others for some reason.

Some have yellow leaves but I don’t know if it’s lack of water/excess of water/poor soil.
