Crepe Myrtle pruning / shaping.

Hello to the group, I have a question about pruning and shaping of Crepe Myrtle trees.
I planted eight Crepe Myrtles ( Natchez) about six years ago, in that time I have not succeeded in pruning / shaping correctly, I will appreciate any and all advice as to how to properly prune and shape the trees .... photo of four of the trees in their current state of growth ( Oct. 14 . 2018
