Boxwood leaves are browning/have spots on them

Hi everyone,

First post here and also pretty new to gardening. I planted boxwoods last fall and most seemed to be coming back well. However, noticing spots on new growth leaves as well as shrivelling up/yellowing of others.

I’ve tried to search for similar photos online without much success. Any ideas on what I might be doing wrong?

Thank you for your time
