Suspect camellia leaves

These are leaves from my camellia that I’ve had for about a month. I’ve never had one before and I’m not sure why a few of the leaves are looking like this. I know the yellow can be from too much water or not enough acidity but what about the spots? They also come off the branch easily when I tug gently. There are also several other leaves that are green but have the same spots.

Are you having kind of weather conditions that would encourage fungal disease?

Well, it was quite rainy for the longest time but it's been nothing but beautiful and sunny this past week. My balcony only gets morning sun for about 4 hours (I face north).
