Magnolia 'Ann' when does it start flowering?

Hi I just bought a small Magnolia 'Ann" tree and wondering at what year do these tree start having flowers? Thank you

How big is your tree/shrub? I think mine was blooming in its (big) pot when I bought it at the nursery.

Mine bloomed the second year I had it in the ground. I bought it at a pretty substantial size in the fall so not sure why I didn't get blooms the first spring.
