Help me identify my front yard trees & shrubs (San Diego

We just bought a house and need help identifying these trees and shrubs in our front yard:

1) The palm tree in this picture.

2) Also the 2 tall, skinny evergreens in the background of the above picture.

3) The tall palm tree in this picture.

4) This is a pygmy date palm, right?

5) What is this? (Some type of a fan palm)?

Thank you!

I can tell you for sure that the tall, skinny evergreens are italian cypress. as far as the palms, it's hard for me to tell. the tall ones look like fan palms of some kind to me. some one else on here probably knows more about palms than I do.

Are they worth anything... do you think? Enough for someone to come dig them out? Or will I have to pay someone to remove them?

I've never heard of Italian Cypress being used for anything other than ornamental reasons, so I imagine you would have to pay to have them removed. It's worth checking with a local arborist though.
