Buds Already?

I live in new york and I noticed buds on some or most of the trees, is that normal or is that global warming?

Buds often start to develop very early in the year. I wouldn't attribute it to global warming just quite yet. Even if you are having a warmer than usual year, it takes decades of similar weather occurances to attribute the warmer than normal temperature as a trend.
