I would. Just in case, examine carefully for bugs and such, but it looks to me more like this part was scorched somehow. Something spilled/sprayed on it, or ....
...I had this *wild* thought that maybe you had a windy rainstorm during which wet plastic bag got blown against it, and then while it stuck there, sun might have come out and burned the leaves. The bag, once dried, might have blown away....
