Leaves on Holly turning Yellowish Brown

Hello I live in Northern Massachusetts. I have two Holly bushes and up until 3 weeks ago both were doing amazing. Unfortunately, 1 of them has leaves that have started to turn a yellowish brown while the other seems to be doing well with new growth. Any thoughts at what could be the issue? I have attached a picture. Thanks for your help.

Two things to consider - drainage for one, and soil Ph. Hollies like acidic soil. Looks like there is a gutter downspout that drains directly behind the holly. Perhaps too much water. Some of my plants (not holly) that were next to a downspout died from root rot. These things may not be the problem but are things to consider.

Thanks BirdLover. The good news is that the downspout runs into a french drain away from the house. I did feed it some Holly-tone 4-3-4, so we shall see if that does the trick.
