Ok to plant in this location?

I would like to plant my weeping pussy willow near the stream I'm building, but I don't want the root system to eventually disturb it or the rocks I have placed. Can anyone tell me if it is ok to plant here?

I can see the roots going for the water. I think you right, rocks will probably get moved.

Willow trees have some of THE most aggressively water seeking roots.
Willow roots spread out at least as far as the tree is tall, and can cause extensive damage to irrigation lines, sewage pipes, septic systems and swimming pools. The roots aggressively seek out water, and will break pipes and crack pool walls to make their way to moisture.

That looks like a COOL project. I hope you will post more pictures and show us what you are planning -- updates of project and finished stream :()
