Please help I think my tree is dying

I have this apple tree growing in a pot on my windowsill and it was fine last night but now it looks like this

It was straight up and growing fine

It looks like it needs a good soak and drain.

I agree -- is it getting root bound?

Looks like it is wilting because it is not getting enough water. Let the soil soak in water for 2 hours and then it should be better the next day.

The soil is actually very moist It turnes out that it was too hot in the windowsill I moved it away from the window and it perked up again
